Sentimental Valium

I have been a very bad blogger lately. Truth is, I haven't been in the mood.... But not just towards blogging.... Sort of been indifferent lately on a lot of levels... It's been those kinds of days where nothing is wrong exactly. I just haven't been feeling "the magic."

But quickly, Kreg's wedding was great. I enjoyed being a part of that. Somewhere during his bride's procession, I realized the magnitude of being asked to be apart of their ceremony. I became really honored and humbled that I had been asked. They are in Jamaica right now. Poor them.

So did you hear about the high school girl's basketball game in Pennsylvania? Evidently the morning after the game, about 30 people complained of eye troubles and skin irriations. Turns out, one of the lights over the visitors' bench was malfunctioning and emitting heavy and dangerous ultraviolet rays. People actually had cornea damage, requiring massive amounts of saline usage and prohibitions against contacts. And get this, the people who complained about skin irritations? SUNBURN!! They actually got burnt INSIDE at a basketball game. Have you ever heard of anything like that?

And evidently the visiting coach made this comment when the team arrived for their shoot-around: "Hey ladies, do you think it smells like a tanning salon in here?"
